Offering Udon and Soba as a basic food , we serve many kinds of toppings . Beef is stewed with an original soup based soy sauce . We fry tempura with Mentaiko , tempura with burdock ( eaten by people living in Kyusyu only ) and tempura with seasonal vegetable , for example colzas and bamboo shoots in spring , eggplant in summer from your orders and serve another dish .

 ( Mentaiko is produced by marinating pollock eggs in chili , sake , konbu and yuzu citrus , then letting it ferment lightly for several hours . The result is spicy , flavorful roe , tiny in size and red in color . Mentaiko is speciality of fukuoka . )
