 Kimura's noodle factory revived " Saifu Udon " . In order to spread its name , in 2013 , we opened a restaurant in direct management . Its name is also " Saifu Udon " . At the side street from the Approach to the Shrine , we run a smallish restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter . Of course , we use the wheat flour made with a millstone , we are particular about our soup to make the most of noodles . Mixing Kelps ( Kombu ) , bonito , and " Ago " ( flying fish ) , speciality of Kyusyu in exquisite harmony , our chef makes the savory , sweet and fresh soup every morning . If a lot of guests than predicted comes , we will be out of stock because we don't save the soup and we provide it for a day . Please visit us as soon as possible .
