We founded more than sixty years ago , and sell mainly at the Approach of Dazaifu .    Selecting domestic wheat (Chikugo region) , we provide the abiding taste . We make the noodles in every morning for retail and also for wholesale . Since the humidity has an effect on the amount of salt contained in the noodles , we have to adjust it on a daily basis .  In addition to Udon, we manufacture Soba ,  Chanpon and Chinese noodles . We can sell it to corporate customers , and individuals .
